Our Mission

Americans grossly under-value and under-utilize our Olympic level athletes. Our athletes continually struggle against challenges during their quest for the Gold. Aside from the costs and logistics of training, they must also work through challenges of family obligations and health, income and education. Then, there are incidental issues of sports politics and yes, covid-19.

While many Americans, along with the rest of the world, have been trapped in stasis due to covid-19, athletes have established new records in the summer trials.

Our athletes are not satisfied with simply waiting and coping but to adapt and overcome, in their continual quest for success. They truly represent the American Dream. Our Olympic level athletes are in the position to provide our young men and women inspirational success stories, despite (because) the challenges. They become better as they confront and overcome their challenges.

Our businesses, that are coping with the lethargy inflicted by covid-19, can also learn from our American Way athletes’ persistence and ingenuity as inspirational avatars for our business peers and workers.
